Buyers can’t speak highly enough of Wyndham Waters

Young Altona couple, Chantelle McNally and Karl Epere, have recently purchased their fi rst property at Wyndham Waters and at just 21 years of age, this couple have made a smart decision to get ahead sooner rather than later. Chantelle said after researching other residential estates in the area, the main reason for their fi nal decision was Wyndham Waters ideal location and state-of-the-art facilities.

“ I work in the city and Karl works in North Melbourne, so it was imperative that we move to a place where we can access the freeways easily. We also have families in Altona and didn’t want to move too far away from them,” Chantelle said. Chantelle also said that Karl absolutely loves the recreation facility available to them at Wyndham Waters.

“ We haven’t begun building yet, however we’re pleased to fi nd that we are still able to use the residents only recreation centre even before we move in. Karl is there everyday – the fact that we can use the centre before living in the estate shows we have bought into a strong community oriented estate,” Chantelle said.

Iby Yener is another satisfi ed resident at Wyndham Waters. Another 21 year-old, Iby moved from Lygon St, to live with his family within Wyndham Waters last year. Iby says his family had been looking at other estates in the area, but found that none of them had the level of facilities offered at Wyndham Waters. “ The recreation centre was huge in the decision process for our family. Since moving here, I go there three to four times a week. The pool has been fantastic during summer and the gymnasium facilities save me money on a regular membership.

“ The wonderful thing about the recreation centre, is that it’s not only a place to keep fi t or chill out, it’s become a central contact point for the whole community. Wyndham Waters has a defi nite sense of community which is echoed throughout the facility with people meeting and getting to know one another, either using the barbeque, the pool, the gym or the tennis court there is always something going on at the centre.

He said he and his family also love the look and feel of Wyndham Waters and are proud to introduce friends and other family members to their home environment.

“ The project is continually maintained, always clean and well looked after. It gives you a sense of pride with your home. We also thoroughly enjoy the design of the estate, even though it has a strong community feel, it’s also got a sense of privacy,” Iby said.
